Grilling is one of the quickest methods to cook meat and uses very less oil.....
When it comes to grilling chicken, chicken breasts are great on the grill.
Grilled chicken breast is not only healthy, but can be really juicy if not over cooked.
Soo here i give you a delicious, healthy and easy to cook, grilled chicken recipe.
HERB GRILLED CHICKEN
Serves 4
Prep Time 5 mins
Cooking Time 15 Mins
INGREDIENTS
Boneless chicken breast 1kg
Curd 3 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Red chilli flakes 2 tsp
Dry mixed herbs 1 tbsp
Oil 1tbsp for marination
Vinegar 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
METHOD
Cut chicken breast into medium size pieces. In a bowl add curd, ginger garlic paste, red chilli flakes, herbs, vinegar, oil and salt. Mix well and add chicken to the mixture. Marinade the chicken for at least 1 hour.
Next heat a grill pan and brush with oil. Put chicken pieces and grill till cooked. Serve hot.
