CHILLI CHEESE VEGETABLE GRILLED SANDWICH
Sandwich - a convenience food, easy to prepare, just tuck a slice of cheese, meat, veggies, egg and what not between 2 slices of bread and you are good to go! For those of you, who hardly find time to prepare lunch for yourself and your kids, here is the rescue, sharing with you a fuss free sandwich recipe for your lunchbox or anytime of the day.

CHILLY CHEESY VEGETABLE GRILLED SANDWICH

Serves 3
Prep time 15 to 20 mins
Cooking time 10 mins approx

INGREDIENTS

Brown/ white bread 6 slices

For the filling:

Cheese slices 3
Mayonaise 2 tbsp
Onion chopped 1 medium
Tomato chopped 1 medium
Green chillies chopped 3 to 4
Tomato Ketchup 2 tsp
White pepper 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste

Butter for grilling the sandwiches

METHOD

Start by preparing the filling. Cut cheese slices into very small pieces. Next take a bowl and mix together cheese, onions, tomato, chillies, mayo, ketchup, salt and pepper. Filling is ready.
Next put the filling in between two slices of bread. Prepare three sandwiches this way. Melt butter in a grill pan. Grill sandwiches both sides. Serve with a sauce or dip of your choice.
